Lay on a bed of crystals and heal your body naturally. Soaks are available in the Crystal Bedroom at PureJoy Yoga + Wellness.

Our base package is a soak on 40+ pounds of Amethyst and Clear Quartz, sure to reset your day, body and mindset with all the healing benefits of these stones.

Why Crystal Soak?

Soaking on a bed of crystals is a great way to relax and ease your mind while allowing the vibration of the crystals to work on your subtle energy. Similar to energy healing, each experience is unique and an opportunity to tap into healing on a deeper level.

What happens in a Soak appointment?

Coming for a Crystal Soak appointment is easy. All of the crystals will be freshly smudged, and you will have an opportunity to see your grid before soaking. A staff member will walk you back to the room, show you the grid and set the table up. You won’t be laying directly on the crystals! There is a nice foam cushion separating you and the crystals. You will remain clothed and the staff member will give you a pillow or bolster for comfort to lay on your back. Once in the room, you will be by yourself for your allotted time. A staff member will knock on the door to let you know your time is up. It’s a great idea to take up to 15 minutes after your session to relax and drink some water, possibly journal.
